When you click on the “Try Demo” on the main page, you’ll see the showcase “QAFE” application and some code snippets.

In the menu bar (see image) you’ll find the “Try Me” menu-item. This will open the a window which is meant purely for demo purposes and maybe even prototyping (e.g., for business analysts).

There are some tabs and buttons to be found on this window called “Try me”.

When you click on the “Create Sample Application”, the code of the “Hello World” application will appear. The nice part is that you now can use the showcase to create your own applications, e.g., for prototyping purposes. Use the source code of component from the showcase and copy and paste it in this textarea (see screenshot, with the copy of the “Image” tree-item in the Showcase).

When you want to see the output of this, click on the “GWT” button and an extra menu item (“Try Me!”) will appear, containing your application !
